How do we know what the next big things will be? How do we decide which opportunity to go after? What’s the size of the opportunity? How might we de-risk our decisions?
My Approach
Using Jobs To Be Done, to uncover opportunity areas and size them. JTBD combines qualitative and quantitative methods to discover unmet customer needs.
Research approach, using two phases, first phase to uncover and size opportunities, second phase to generate ideas from front runner JTBD areas, and concept test.
Research within a fast paced environment requires lean timelines whilst also delivering robust insights, I developed a 12 week plan to balance a quick turn around with the need for quality.
